Dennis Owens of abc27 will moderate the discussion of their design for the new Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, which will welcome students in a few weeks. The new school design brings the community together with sunlight, connections to nature, and new security measures in the wake of the 2012 attack that killed 26 people.
