AIA Pennsylvania Earns Accreditation from National Chapter of The American Institute of Architects

The Pennsylvania chapter of The American Institute of Architects, AIA Pennsylvania, has earned its 2023 – 2025 status as a “Nationally Accredited Component” of The American Institute of Architects. The Institute’s accreditation program is based on a set of Core Member Services (CMS) — categorized into six topics—that all members have a right to expect from the AIA component network.

AIA national, state, and local components or chapters all have a role to play in delivering specific services designed to advocate for the profession, communicate with members and the public, provide educational opportunities, maintain membership, and manage component operations, finances, and governance. Achieving accreditation demonstrates AIA Pennsylvania’s commitment to excellence in providing quality service for the nearly 2,800 members across the state.
