Introducing Lobbyist Office Hours
Drop by the virtual offices of AIA Pennsylvania’s in-house lobbyists Executive Director, Stephen Swarney, JD, and Amal Mahrouki, Director of Legislative Affairs to voice your concerns on any rules, regulations, or intrusions that are holding you back from doing your best work or prospering in your business. Starting this month, Steve and Amal will be hosting these office hours the first Friday of every other month to provide a forum to update you on what they are tracking and what is moving in the legislature and answer any questions on these developments.
This Friday, March 5th, pop in anytime between 12 noon and 1 pm with any questions or feedback on our legislative priorities, the upcoming Architect’s Tele-Action Day, or learn about the opportunities to engage and shape your profession as a subject matter expert and advocate. Can’t make it this Friday? Join us on Zoom anytime between 12 noon and 1 pm on the following Fridays in 2021: May 7, July 2, Sept 3, Nov 5.
