This presentation discusses basic Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, (CPTED) strategies and how Architects can discourage criminal acts through their daily design decisions. It’s intended to be an interactive presentation which provides graphic illustrations and clear descriptions of CPTED concepts.

Mark A. Holm – Mark is a Senior Technology Consultant with 35 years of experience in the Technology and Construction field. He holds a Top-Secret clearance from the US Department of State, is a certified Physical Security Professional (PSP), and a certified Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) practitioner. He has worked on a broad range of Technology and Security projects and has successfully contributed in a variety of consulting, design and project management roles.
