1. Describe the Consumer Expenditure Survey (CES) as a tool to measure local economic activity by category.
2. Organize CES data in a form that allows local income/rent analysis.
3. Use local rent levels as a predictor of income.
4. Predict the spending power resulting from one more unit of downtown housing.
