(LDG) is offering the following full-time opportunity in our Williamsport, Lititz, Selinsgrove, Wexford, Corning or Columbus office location for a motivated, self-starter to join our team. The Registered Architect would be responsible for supervising a team of designers and technicians while providing their team with resources and technical guidance necessary for efficient, profitable, timely and technical project execution. The individual will manage projects and sub-consultants from development of technical and price proposal to design and construction stage. They will also support client development functions and activities for new and existing clients.

Managing multiple projects in a high energy environment
Continually evaluate workload and collaborate with their reporting Director to insure appropriate staffing is supplied at the right level of expertise to successfully complete each task assignment.
Attend and facilitate public meetings
Market, establish, and sustain current and new clients
Interact with clients and manage and develop projects including document production
Provide input in quarterly sales forecasting.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and project stakeholders
Coach, mentor and motivate project team members and sub-consultants

5 year Bachelor of Architecture Degree
NCARB certification with ability to obtain reciprocal licensure in all 50 states
Valid Architecture License
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Registered Architect
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Excellent communication skills required
Strong organizational skills for managing project schedules and tracking and be able to meet aggressive deadlines
Retail design experience is preferred
Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality is required
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)
Strong interpersonal skills including experience with supervising and mentoring staff
Business travel including airline and overnight required
