
AIA National is bringing exciting enhancements to AIA.org that will require a temporary system outage next weekend. To help you prepare, they have provided additional details.
Here’s what you need to know:
Timing: Deployment will begin October 31 at 8:30 pm ET and continue through November 2 at 6 pm ET. During this window, most systems will be unavailable as they complete the transition.
What will be unavailable: You will not have access to any password-protected systems, including:
- AIA Chapter Portal (Fonteva)
- Component Connect
- Community Hub
- AIAU
- MyAccount on AIA.org
- CES Provider and Dashboard
- Awards submissions
- ArchiPAC
What will remain available: AIA.org and all public-facing pages that don’t require login will remain accessible throughout the deployment period.
Action required after launch: If your current password is fewer than 12 characters, you’ll be prompted to reset it when systems come back online.
