AE Works is excited to welcome Jose Galindo as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Jose is a technology-driven leader with 20 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. He is recognized for advancing digital transformation through expertise in BIM, computational design, cloud-based workflows, process automation, and data analytics. His leadership has guided major technology initiatives, including enterprise software transitions, centralized data platforms, and the integration of AI-enabled design practices. 

Named a 40 Under 40 Champion of Construction by Autodesk in 2022, Jose is also an active lecturer on emerging technologies such as BIM, AR/VR, and artificial intelligence, and serves on The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) School of Architecture and Planning Advisory Council. 

As CTO at AE Works, Jose will focus on applying technology in practical, impactful ways — enhancing design quality, increasing efficiency, and making projects a better value for our clients.
