A new episode of “The RealClear Pennsylvania Politics” features PennLive’s John Luciew talking about the challenges of revitalizing Harrisburg’s downtown.

Hosted by RealClear Pennsylvania Politics’ editor Charles McElwee, the podcast also featured Harrisburg architect Chris Dawson, who has designed downtown projects and is investing in the downtown.

Dawson said it is crucial for leadership in the private sector to work cohesively with local government.

“We need leadership in the business community, like myself. But we need it politically too. We need City Hall to lay out an initiative,” he said.
