AIA Pennsylvania is seeking motivated Emerging Professionals (EPs) and Young Architects to join our statewide Emerging Professionals Committee (EPiC).

As an EPiC leader, you’ll help drive initiatives that strengthen mentorship, advocacy, and professional development for the next generation of architects.

STAR — State/Territory Associate Representative

Support AIA Pennsylvania’s Emerging Professionals at the national level.
This is a non-voting position on the AIA Pennsylvania Board of Directors.

Serve as co-chair of the EPiC Committee while being mentored to step into the Chair position in 2027.

Volunteer to guide aspiring architects on the path to licensure through the AXP, ARE, and other jurisdiction-specific requirements.
