Join us for a discussion on how to develop a strategy to boost proposal success rates for small firm architects by addressing key aspects of proposal development.  This includes determining whether to start with a brief or complete proposal, anticipating and overcoming client objections, and crafting a clear, effective structure that highlights client needs and introduces fees strategically.  Additionally, the strategy will focus on guiding clients toward favorable decisions through well-timed requests and follow-up actions.  The discussion will weigh the pros and cons of proposal lenghs, client meetings, and timing for maximum impact.
