Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS), founded by AIA, is the industry’s premier event dedicated to accelerating women into leadership positions in architecture, design, and the allied building industries.

For a fifth year running, AIA Pennsylvania is excited to offer scholarships for members to attend the Women’s Leadership Summit 2026 in Kansas City, MO – Novemer 1 – 3, 2026.

The Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS), an annual event founded by AIA, exists to support and empower women on their leadership journeys and break down the barriers that get in their way.

The AIA Pennsylvania Women’s Leadership Summit Scholarship covers a minimum of three members’ total summit registration plus a stipend for airfare and accommodations. There is flexibility to award additional recipients’ registration.

Criteria for evaluation include but are not limited to

• passion for advancing a career in architecture
• involvement in AIA
• advocacy efforts or advancement of the architecture profession and/or greater industry
• service to a community or the greater public through design

Applicants will be notified of the scholarship award decision by late August.
