AIA Pennsylvania annually recognizes and celebrates the great work that Pennsylvania’s architects are doing to affect positive social, environmental, and economic outcomes for their clients and communities in the Commonwealth and beyond.

The Architectural Excellence Design Awards celebrate the exemplary design achievements of members and the impact of architecture regardless of budget, size, style, or type. Projects selected for COTE honors will have exhibited excellence in the AIA Framework for Design Excellence measures that indicate how buildings perform for the health and wellness of the occupants, communities, and the environment they serve.

Plan to Regionally Compete

The AIA Tri-State Design Awards will be celebrated in conjunction with the AIA Tri-State Fusion Conference, set for November 18-20 in Hershey.

The 2024 AIA Tri-State Design Awards is accepting entries through Sunday, October 13 at 11:59 pm.

Entry is open to projects, including past AIA Pennsylvania Award recipients, submitted to AIA Pennsylvania’s Design Awards program in 2024, 2023, or 2022.*

Additional eligibility is detailed on the AIA Tri-State Design Awards platform and in the Call for Submissions.

*Any record of entries to the AIA Pennsylvania Design Awards is retained in the applicant’s account in the awards platform.
